The Essence of Paella is not only one of the best Valencian cooking school, we also want to bring the food to the people to enjoy it.
We organize, from time to time some Paella tasting with a paella cooking show, so we can spread the word and make the paella a dish for everyone!

PAELLA TESTING
Our 3 paella tasting is one of the most popular event - where we give you the chance to discover different paella and valencian dishes.
All of this in a small group, and with the present of our head chef Raul Magraner, the award-winning chef for his Paella valenciana that was chosen as THE BEST PAELLA IN THE WORLD for the Year 2018-2019!
The cost of this Gastronomic guilt pleasure is only 55 Euro per person for groups of 6-16 people.
This paella tasting event take place almost every Thursday at 12:00 at the BonAire restaurant at El Palmar village.
